In 2011, Donaven and his wife Christie purchased their home on Watauga Lake and remodeled it from the ground up. That experience gave them a firsthand understanding of what it takes to own, improve, and maintain property in this area—along with a strong network of trusted local contractors and service providers they gladly share with their clients.

Christie, now working full-time alongside Donaven, brings her background in education, real estate, and organization to help manage the details that make a transaction run smoothly. Together, they form a responsive and reliable team that’s committed to delivering top-tier service and personalized attention to every client.
