In 2011, Donaven and his wife Christie purchased their own home on Watauga Lake and remodeled it from the ground up. That experience gave them firsthand insight into what it takes to own, improve, and maintain property in this area—along with a trusted network of local contractors and service providers they readily share with clients.
Now working full-time alongside Donaven, Christie brings her background in education, real estate, and organization to manage the many details that make a transaction seamless. Together, they form a responsive and reliable team dedicated to delivering top-tier service and personalized attention to every client.
